What is Avoiding Someone?
Avoiding someone is when an individual actively avoids a person for a specific reason. This can be driven by a wide range of factors such as biases, discomfort, conflict avoidance or social withdrawal. Avoiding someone can be fully rational whereby you have a reasonable reason to avoid them. It can also be a negative thing such as a passive aggressive strategy or a bias against the person.
